How does the Cirkul water bottle work?
The Cirkul system consists of a reusable bottle, a lid, and a flavor cartridge called a Sip. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sip, where it mixes with flavor. You can adjust the dial to control the intensity of your flavor.
Are Cirkul Sips sugar-free and calorie-free?
Most of our Sip cartridges are sugar-free and contain zero calories. We offer a variety of formulas, including options with electrolytes, caffeine, or vitamins to suit your lifestyle needs.
How long does one flavor cartridge last?
On a medium setting (dial 4), one Sip cartridge typically flavors about six 22oz bottle fill-ups. The longevity will vary depending on your personal flavor intensity preference.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on Sip cartridges. However, if you have issues with your bottle or lid, please contact our support team within 30 days for assistance.
Are the cartridges recyclable?
Yes, our Sip cartridges are made from #5 recyclable plastic. We encourage our customers to check with their local recycling facilities to ensure proper disposal and minimize environmental impact.
